This is a reverb (impulse response) of the Danelectro Spring King Reverb Pedal which has a real spring inside the pedal so it should sound nice and springy. You can load this into any convolution reverb loader plugin, or into a pedal like the Dimehead NAM Player. Dial in the wet/dry mix to taste.
