Intellijel Cylonix Shapeshifter (Wavefolder Distortion).

The Shapeshifter is a Eurorack wavetable oscillator/ waveshaper module. Captured using the vca of the wavefolder circuit at 75% and 40% fold. Best used on simple waveshapes with fewer harmonics (the soundwave is folded onto itself, producing more complex timbres). On guitar the sound decays quickly, a compressor in the signal chain helps with sustain.
