Captured via 1073 DI input using different Vin levels for tonal variation. Vin represents the input voltage applied to the DI input of the preamp. Available profiles: - Vin 0.65 V (≈ −1.5 dBu) → mild input, clean tone - Vin 1.0 V (≈ +2.2 dBu) → moderate drive - Vin 1.5 V (≈ +5.7 dBu) → noticeable saturation - Vin 2.0 V (≈ +8.2 dBu) → strong coloration BA283 Preamp Custom (Lundahl LL1538XL / Carnhill VTB1148) This model captures the tone of a fully hand-built analog preamp based on the legendary BA283 circuit — the heart of classic 70s British consoles.
