Description
This pack contains 6 different profiles of the Driftwood Amplifiers Purple Nightmare TubePreampPedal. These profiles have been captures using a audient iD44 MK1 calibrated at +18dBu and a Lehle P-Split III as ReAmp-Box. Some of the profiles have the TS engaged, some not, but all of them are tailored to crushing metal tones. The profiles have been made with allowance and clearance of Marek from Driftwood Amplifiers following a review of the pedal on my YouTube channel, for which I am very grateful, and in order to not damage his business are full-rig captures, so the IR is baked in. The IR baked into the capture consist of a Marshall 1960AV , recorded with 4 different microphones: Shure SM57, Sennheiser e906, t.bone SC1100 Large diaphragm condenser mic and a t.bone RB500 ribbon mic all blended in equally, resulting in a very full and "complete" sounding IR, capturing the cabinet quite well! If you want to support what I do, please consider purchasing one of my NAM-Packs at my ko-fi-shop: https://www.ko-fi.com/pipppriss - more profile packs to be added soon!
