Description

A Big Muff that doesn't sound like a Big Muff UPDATE 2026-03-30: redone all captures due to a strange noise/distortion on the decay in some of the old ones. Clone of the Pete Cornish G-2 based on the schematic traced by Aion FX It has four D9E diodes with a Vf comprised between 0.21 and 0.23 Contains metadata for levels calibration Captured using TTSv10 input file to reduce aliasing ESR: 0.01 or below Pedal settings in the filename: S=Sustain T=Tone V=Volume 36 captures that cover the entire range of the Sustain and Tone knobs in 20% steps (positions 0, 2, 4, 8 and 10), Volume instead was on 10 on all captures, since it doesn't affect the pedal's tone you can use the level control on the NAM plugin/hardware loader in place of it. When using the calibration, consider 0 dB on the output level of the plugin as the max volume setting on the pedal, iow you can turn it down but don't turn it up if you want to keep it accurate to the original. Little demo at minute 20:47 of the video
