Description
George Boukis’ Ceriatone King Kong Most of these are trained by me, but I’ve included some of George’s original nam files for completion sake; these are named V1 Anyway… This is Jose modded plexi style amp, captured from clean to high gain. Including some captures with pedals. The volume on these is a bit inconsistent, some of them will require a bit/a lot of EQ’ing, but the character is definitely there! I spent quite some time comparing these to the AIDA-X versions George uploaded, and I feel the nam versions sound a little “fuller” (except for the Ch1 capture, so I EQ’d that to sound more like AIDA. I included that one and a lite version, just for fun, but the phase on these is flipped because I am a dummy XD) Go check out the AIDA-X forum, if you want to compare for yourself! Last tip is to just listen, and not pay too much attention to the mess of 60’s 70’s and 80’s names. (Going through them with the arrow buttons the gain increases, then you’ll hit a little intermezzo of thinner brighter captures, followed by 3 high gain ones, FX captures last) Other gear used: Barber Direct Drive Browne Protein clone Demonfx TS RED II (TS9) Hudson Broadcast Marshall Guvnor Bogner Ecstasy Blue overdrive Thorpy FX Peacekeeper TechnTone Turbo Nonna Chase Tone Secret Preamp & Strymon Deco in FX loop Keywords: Ceriatone, Pussy Trimmer, cryptid, cryptids, Yeti, Chupacabra, KK, Marshall, Jose Arredondo
