A focused high-gain rhythm tone built around Channel 3 Modern of a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier. An SD-2 in front tightens the low end and brings the pick attack forward while keeping the Rectifier’s weight and depth intact. Captured with an Orange PPC212, mic’d with a Shure SM57 and Sennheiser MD421. The microphones were summed to mono through Chandler TG2 → Rupert Neve Designs 551 → Radial MIX 2:1 → WesAudio ng76.
