Description

One of the biggest sleepers EVER! The Valve 3/100 is a custom handbuilt amp from Italy. These amps were designed for maximum tone in ANY genre. So you will find Fender like cleans, Marshall breakup to hotrodded hi gains and finally Mesa Rectifier like thunderous, over the top sounds! It has 2 different Presence knobs, British has more top sizzle where the other one is a bit more "ear friendly". The "Shape" captures feature the shaping knob engaged which means the tone stack is more scooped, leading to a more aggressive touch. This in conjunction with a lot of gain brings some rectifiish "mush" that is easily controllable with some boost (just try the TS9 or the Drive Core...or something different you might own). Whenever a capture has "boosted" in its name, this does NOT mean an external booster, but the booster which is integrated in this amplifier! Whoever engineered this monster left nothing to be missed... This pack is a bit different, as it contains preamp ONLY captures and power amp ONLY captures (either as DI or already driven into a vintage Marshall Basketweave A cab)! You will have endless combinations of preamp and power amp to find the tone you're looking for. SOOOO, how to use it? You need at least 2 instances of NAM players in a row. First: a preamp capture Second: a power amp capture If you want to add your own IRs, please use the DI power amp captures. If you want the already included Celestion speakers, use the other ones. The T1221 is more for the vintage stuff, the T1281 is great for all that rock and metal things, BUT also delivers for vintage! You'll find 4 already boosted (either by an Ibanez TS9 or a NUX Drive Core) preamps which are quite different and already "polished" compared to the raw amp tones. You'll also find a shot of each the TS9 and Drive Core which you can add in a 3rd instance of NAM player which has to be the first in the signal chain. This amp has MASSIVE low end, so you'll maybe want to take some bass out or just boost some captures. However, the clean captures have a LOT less volume. You'll have to push the output to match them to the rest. I wish a lot of fun to all you maniacs, who love to experiment and dial the hell out of an amp!!!
