akka5 Cabs - Faded (Cleaned IRs)

A community fix and repack of the incredible cab captures originally created and shared by akka5. The core tone, speaker selection, and mic placement across akka5's captures are phenomenal. However, the original raw files contained late flutter/reflection spikes past the 1.1s mark (visible at -60dB to -70dB when zooming in on amplitude), which produced audible slapback delays and comb filtering at higher monitoring levels. What was done in this release: Clean Truncation & Fade: Every IR has been cleanly trimmed to exactly 1.000s with a smooth 50ms linear fade-out applied at the tail. This completely eliminates late room artifacts, flutter echoes, and noise while preserving 100% of the authentic speaker attack, tone, and direct resonance. Organized Naming: All files have been renamed with their original parent folder prefix for easy navigation across all IR-compatible hardware and modeling devices. This is expected: the original files contained several seconds of silence at the tail, which caused the player's internal auto-gain / RMS normalization to apply an artificial boost. The core samples and impulse response data are 100% bit-accurate and identical to the original capture—simply adjust the output volume knob to compensate.
