Alpine CHM - FM Modulator / Limiter

This is supposed to be a limiter / FM modulator, but instead it makes loud, buzzing, distorted noises that I think cause great headaches. I recorded it like an idiot and probably wont give it a second try. I'd use it either as a distortion/fuzz pedal or a standalone amp.
