Description

This capture is based on the AMT M1, a single-channel preamp that emulates the Marshall JCM800 and Marshall EL84 20/20 stereo valve power amp. The signal is then fed into a Marshall 1960 cabinet loaded with Vintage 30 speakers and captured with two Shure SM57 microphones, which are then summed through an analog console. This combination delivers a classic high-gain guitar tone that works exceptionally well for hard rock and heavy metal.
