Behringer Tube Ultragain

Behringer Tube Ultragain was conceived as a mic preamp, but it also includes a high-impedance instrument input to suit guitars and basses. If used on a guitar signal, you'll be surprised to hear how it spans from a subtle touch of warmth to a pretty grungy overdrive! Its mic amp stage is based around a 4580 low-noise amplifier chip and the 12AX7 dual-triode tube follows this to add warmth. The included models have been captured at gain settings from 0 to 10 (+26 dB to +60dB), with option buttons deactivated (20dB PAD, phase reverse & limiter).
