Description

the only pedal in the world I like better than this one is my Greer Lightspeed. that said, this is an awesome low-mid gain that also stays on all the time when it's on my board. as per usual, the G number refers to a clock position, and I adjust the volume a little bit to compensate the levels. Blue(low gain) channel and red(higher gain) channels included. Also as per usual, I've ID'ed what I consider to be the sweetspot in a separate profile, It's all subjective, your opinion may be different. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The JHS Pedals Morning Glory guitar effects pedal is undoubtedly the company's most well-known overdrive pedal, winning more awards and receiving more accolades than any of its other designs. Engineers worked hard to make it one of the most transparent overdrives out there. When you want to add some mid- to low-level grit to your crystal-clean tone, use the Morning Glory. When you want to boost a crunchy tone into thicker sustain, use the Morning Glory. When you need to add tube-like touch response to a less-than-ideal amp, use the Morning Glory. When you need to switch between two gain levels on the fly—you get the idea.

Not sure how to explain it but there's something weird going on in the higher frequencies, should be audible if you let the sound decay

Really enjoying this one and the Lightspeed. Maybe you could consider capturing a total of 4-5 different gain knob positions for extra versatility?

Thank you for the captures, I'm really liking the boosted/lower gain but that's what I like most anyway. I'm new to the NAM capture process, if you don't mind me asking, how did you get your ESR down to .0001 or even .0002. No matter what I try I can't get below .09
