Lusitano 50 — Three-Channel Tube Head (Clean / Cream / Fúria) The Lusitano 50 is an original 50 W, three-channel all-tube head designed from scratch: 5× 12AX7 preamp and 2× 6L6GC in class AB1 with fixed bias. These are head-only NAM captures, so pair them with your favourite cab IR. CLEAN: warm, round and punchy, with a firm low end and a sweet edge when you dig in. The tone stack sits before the gain stage, boutique-style, and the power amp only starts to bloom on hard attacks. CREAM: smooth, touch-sensitive overdrive in the spirit of the classic ODS-style and modern “signature” boutique amps. It is built on top of the clean channel through two unbypassed triode stages, with a tight low cut and a bright, vocal top. Roll back your guitar volume and it cleans up. FÚRIA: modern high gain with four cascaded stages, including a cold-biased clipper and a cathode follower driving its own tone stack. The low end stays tight, the mids bite, and an anti-fizz filter keeps the top smooth. How it was made: the amp exists as a full circuit design (KiCad schematic). Every capture was reamped through a component-level SPICE simulation (ngspice) of the complete amplifier, That includes: the real power supply with sag; the long-tail phase inverter with global negative feedback and Presence; the 6L6GC power section and output transformer; a reactive speaker load. Use: Head only, with no cab in the capture. Add an IR: a 2x12 or 4x12 with V30s or Creambacks works great. Input level: 8.7 dBu. 0 dBFS = 3 V peak at the amp input.
