Orange Micro Dark - Mid Gain + Boost Pedal Pack

The Orange Micro Dark amp has a lot of gain, so mid-gain is a relative term here. This set of 9 tones was all recorded with Gain set at the halfway point (6), either straight in to the amp or with a Boss SD-1 or a TubeScreamer Mini as a boost. We also have three EQ positions in play with the Shape knob set at 3, 6 and 9 which gives us Mid-forward, Flat EQ and Scooped Mids respectively. Rolling down your volume slightly or playing dynamically can but you a little more headroom with these sounds. These tones were all recorded direct so be sure you select a Cab IR.
