Description

This is one of the original PRS HX/DA 50W amps. This capture is fairly aggressive, works great with strats. Use your volume control to clean up. Best used with a 4x12, originally dialed in with a 1970 Marshall Basketweave with greenbacks. If using smaller cab, may need to compensate with some bass and roll down the highs. Winged C Power Amp Tubes Variac set to 98 volts Fractal X-Load, UK Setting HX/DA Gain - 6.5 Bass Gain - 3.5 Treble - 9 Middle - 9 Bass - 0 Presence - 9 Master Volume - 10 All 3 toggles set to Hendrix mode Captured using an Axe FX III
