Description

## New Version Overview Digital model inspired by the Fender Tweed Deluxe 5e3. The amplifier now uses more accurate physics-based models of circuits, along with some updates to the GUI that allow for the selection of a 12ay7 or 12ax7 (higher saturation) pre-amp section. The controls have been reduced to only 1 channel with a bright switch to toggle on/ off an interactive bright boost around 2 - 2.5khz. In addition there is a IR loader with room and mic (only an SM57 for now) simulator that can be blended. I will try and capture a few profiles with the room + mic enabled, the newest additions are 100% dry i.e. only the IR post amplifier. ## Original Version Overview Digital recreation of a Fender Tweed Deluxe 5e3. The amplifier is written in Rust and uses Sigmoid Functions in combination with lookup tables to model the valves, in addition Anti-Derivative Anti-Aliasing (ADAA) and 8x oversampling help prevent digital artefacts and noise. The amplifier has the following controls * On/ off toggle (bypasses DSP, outputs clean signal) * Tone control * Channel 1 volume control * Channel 2 volume control * Channel 1 on/ off toggle * Channel 2 on/ off toggle * Inbuilt IR on/ off toggle The NAM captures are with IR = off, this has a number of benefits 1) You can use your own preferred IR's (I would recommend the free Origin Effect's IR's (very good quality)), 2) Less likely to cause problems with the ToneZone 3000 validation as sometimes the track can be longer depending upon the IR used, 3) My IR convolver has some problems and needs more work :( The naming is as follows: * t = tone * v1 = volume 1 * v2 = volume 2 Example: the_tweed_t8v15v20 = Tone @ 8, Volume 1 @ 5, Volume 2 @ 0
