Description

I had the odd idea to create an amp capture of an overdriven digital-to-analog-converter (dac) and boosted the hell out of the signal in my DAW and send it out of the dac on my Zoom H6. I added an matched EQ curve before the output for an more amp like frewuency response (made with the ac30 clone from logic). I made sure the preamp doesn't clip, so all the distortion comes from the dac. Back in the DAW, I then compressed the signal on the channel strip a bit, for a power amp like feel. I'm kinda pleased with the results, so please enjoy ;)
