Description

The Hyper Metal distortion pedal was produced by Boss from 1993 to 1998, so it came after the Heavy Metal (HM-2) with a more brutal sound to it. Compared to the Metal Zone (MT-2), one could say it's more "raw" sounding, so to speak. This pack has 7 profiles, 3 of them from normal and 4 from boosted captures. I suggest trying NAM's eq for using this as a pedal or as a preamp by itself. For instance, reducing the highs to 2-3 could be more useful as a pedal in front of an amp, while highs at 7-8 could make it work right before a cab/IR. I hope you have fun using this!
