Fender PA-100 (LiveSPICE2NAM)

Fender PA-100. I read about this amp for a bit a few months back but I forgot about this one somehow. Very different thing from what Fender is usually known for. It's designed for vocal microphones so the voicing is quite neutral (for its time, at least) with a bit more presence in the mid frequencies. Not really meant for guitars and bass, but that hasn't stopped people of course. Even read some posts about it being really nice for bass and other instruments. It can be cranked into distortion, but it's not really its strong suit, given what it's intended for. But if you want to use it like you would a guitar/bass amp, the sky's the limit. :P Personally, I like the idea of using a vintage PA system to slave solid state preamp circuits into, since all my captures of purely solid state amps don't include their poweramp sections because of LiveSPICE limitations. It adds a touch of coloration that sounds quite pleasing, and there's a lot of headroom as well so I can crank the input trim on it without adding any significant amount of dirt. Opposite as well if it's not taking bass-heavy preamps as well (like the Peavey Bandit Transtube Series.) ・Four separate input channels for mixing purposes. ・Preamp and poweramp sections are also provided separately... though if you ask me, it's kind of pointless for this kind of amplifier, but I did it regardless as per routine with how I make my captures. [LEGEND] ・FULL - Preamp + poweramp ・PRE - Preamp section ・PWR - Poweramp section [NOTES] ・All the models are captured with 8x oversampling and 64 iterations for the highest quality possible. ・All controls are flat so you can hear the amp as it is with neutral settings. I may add additional captures with "ideal" settings, but that's not a priority for now.. 　。Only exception to this is the Texture control.
