Description

The bass player in my band recently bought this Geddy Lee SansAmp DI-2112 and it wasn't long before I asked if I could borrow it to profile with NAM. I had heard it on a Weezer track that Butch Walker produced and it sounded fantastic. I captured all of the suggested settings from the manual as well as three custom settings and one that is just the DI with the modeled tube saturation. Turning the NAM input up or down has a pretty significant effect on the sound, so experiment with that to get the tone you're after. You technically don't need an IR with the DI-2112, but I've found it can sound quite good with the right IR.
