Description

Another set of recordings from the Old Gibson EH150 Guitar combo 1930's Amp. Yes the one Charlie Christian is using in those old photos. After the last batch I had some feedback that old Jazzers would use the microphone input on this amp to get a different tone, so, I had a little go on it with that input, here are a few captures using that input at a few different gain settings. The Bass Tone switch is "in" on all of these as I found it warmer previously. I did one with the Mic a little more backed off, how I was recording it. Recorded with an AKG C12 VR Mic this time into Apogee converters. Enjoy any feedback welcome
