GNRTR Marshall 1987x no cab

Marshall 1987X 50W Reissue (Direct Head / DI) Model Overview Capture the legendary "Plexi" bark and roar with this premium Direct profile pack. This collection captures the iconic 50-watt Marshall 1987X reissue, delivering the quintessential late-60s British rock crunch with a tighter, more articulate, and aggressive edge. By capturing the head direct through a high-end studio reactive load setup and premium API preamps, this model preserves the raw dynamic response, power-section saturation, and immediate transient punch of the cranked 50W circuit. Because no speaker cabinet is baked into this capture, you have full flexibility to pair it with your favorite IRs (Impulse Responses)—from classic Greenback 4x12s for vintage warmth to modern V30 cabs for a cutting heavy rock edge.
