This profile brings out that classic, smooth low end with glassy mids and just enough bite to cut through a mix without overpowering it. It's made to sit right in the pocket, perfect for groovy fingerstyle bass lines and tight rhythm work. Best paired with a Jazz Bass for that authentic City Pop tone, but it works well with any bass that leans toward a bright and articulate character. Great for chill sessions, retro-inspired jams, or anyone chasing that nostalgic late-'70s to '80s Japanese pop sound.
