Description

The Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ is considered the "Holy Grail" of guitar amplifiers, famous for defining the sound of modern metal and '80s rock. Originally produced in California between January 1984 and March 1985 for just 14 months, this model became legendary for its ultra-saturated, compressed lead sound with extremely tight bass. It's the amplifier behind landmark albums like Metallica's Master of Puppets and has been a cornerstone of the sound of artists such as James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, John Petrucci (Dream Theater), Steve Lukather (Toto), and Prince.
