This pack captures the Origin Effects BASSRIG Super Vintage, with a focus on its drive characteristics and cab simulation. • 13 captures total (00–12) Capture 00 is my personal favorite tone. 01–06 are six stages of drive staging with all EQ set flat, adjusting only the Drive control. 07–11 are tones based on the manufacturer’s manual presets. Capture 12 is cab sim only, captured separately. • Captured with Output at 12 o’clock / Blend at Max The captures are slightly hot, so adjusting the output level to suit your setup is recommended. • Tone Shaping / Usage Tips Using a pre-EQ before the capture allows you to shape the input signal and approximate the Bass, Midrange, and Treble controls of the BASSRIG. Select a capture close to your desired drive level using the drive staging (01–06), then fine-tune the drive texture and response using the input level. • Cab Sim Usage All main captures were made without the cab sim The BASSRIG’s cab sim can be used by additionally loading Capture 12 (cab sim only). If DSP usage is a concern, an IR-based cab sim capture is also available via the link below.
