Description

This pack captures the JAM Pedals Rattler LTD, with a focus on its drive characteristics across different gain staging and Tone settings. • 50 captures total (01–50) - 01–25: Level 70% └ 01–05: Low Gain 20% └ Tone: 0% → 100% (25% increments) └ 06–25: Same structure with different Gain settings - 26–50: Level 100% └ Same Gain / Tone structure as 01–25 • Level Level is captured at 70% and 100%. The Rattler is a RAT-family distortion pedal, and like the original RAT, the Level control affects not only the output volume but also the tone. Based on listening tests and measurements, the tone around Level 60–70% has the most high-frequency cut, resulting in a warmer and smoother character, while 100% provides a more open and extended sound. ⚠️ The NAM captures are slightly hot, so lowering the output level by about 10–16 dB to suit your setup is recommended. • Gain Staging Low Gain: 20% / 50% / 80% High Gain: 40% / 80% These settings are designed to cover a wide range of drive levels and textures without creating overly similar captures. • Tone Tone is captured at 0% / 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% for each Gain and Level combination. • File Name Info Format example: Rattler LTD-01 L70-LG20-T00 - Level: 70% - Gain: Low Gain / 20% - Tone: 0% Hope you enjoy using it.
