Description

Is "dream channel strip" overselling it just a tad? Depends on the dream. There's a reason many studio engineers swap these in from 1073s. The skinny is you get The Sound, with way more versatility, higher rail voltage, less noise, and components that just weren't available in 1970. Plus, you get Rupert Neve's very best. Bass from the 1064, mids from the 1081, a 16K high shelf option from the ISA 110, diode bridge compression like the 2254 with sidechained high pass to boot. And silk. So much silk. All the silk you could want. Enjoy!
