Description

Smitty Pedals Maelstrom Fuzz FZ-1A Clone of the Maestro FZ-1 Fuzz-Tone, introduced by Gibson in 1962. The world's first commercial mass-marketed fuzz distortion pedal. Designed by Glenn Snoddy and Revis Hobbs, it became legendary after Keith Richards used it on the iconic riff for The Rolling Stones' 1965 hit "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction". Sweep signal > Digitech XDD Digidelay (only as a Dry/Wet splitter. No FX) > Allen & Heath Mixer/Interface Attack and Vol = Full. Battery may be old & weak. I may capture it again with a fresh AA.
