Description

This IR was created using the audio from Steve Albini's tutorial titled "Electrical Audio How-To: Microphone Techniques for Speaker Cabinets". It is available on YouTube and the audio used is found at 15:15 precisely. Technique used: Ambiance Mic sampled with Accentize Chameleon Surround (receive only, 100% wet), exported to WAV (24 bit 48 kHz). As for the microphone, it is unclear. It's an omni but looking at Electrical Audio's inventory I couldn't find the one shown in the video (it's just too tiny and blurry to confirm anything). Just load the IR and blend to taste. :)
