Throbak Overdrive Boost

Capture Signal Chain: DAW → Axe-Fx III USB Input → Output 3 → Radial JCR (Reamp) → Throbak Overdrive Boost → Axe-Fx III Input 3 → Output 1 → DAW (via USB) The settings for this capture: Pre-Gain Footswitch was Off (LED Off) for increased low-note clarity; ideal for tightening humbuckers. The Silicon/Germanium switch was set to Germanium which yields a darker, warmer, more compressed and saturated fuzzy overdrive. The gain was full on, the bass and treble were neutral, and the Master Volume was at 9 (on 1-10 scale) Since it is at it's highest gain, you may benefit from adding a gate to your signal chain. This pedal is great for whenever you want some grit. Think Billy Gibbons Just Got Paid or Jimmy Page Bring it on Home. Great for Aerosmith too. I use it in front of a Marshall DSL100 Lead1 Channel with a well known 412 FMAN V30V+M25V 57-01 Cab IR. Rock On! \m/
