90s Carvin MTS 4x12 Cab (IRs)

Did a capture of this a while back and after spending some time with the IRs, I whittled down the absolute best, most usable of the collection. Two speakers were used: The stock speakers--which are unbranded Eminence reproductions of their V12 speakers made for Carvin (just a model number: 121460, no "A")--and Jensen Electric Lightning EL-70. Only one IR of the Jensen made the cut, but that's because it has a really particular sweet spot and when you get it, that's all you really need from it. Underrated speaker! I did a high-cut to about 4.6Khz to focus in on the "fundamental". Most everything after that was just unneeded sizzle. Also, the Jensen IR may seem bright compared to the others--in reality the Jensen isn't that bright, it's just the stock speakers are quite dark. As so, those have not been modified whatsoever and the IRs are completely raw. I added an even darker version of the Jensen, that's cut down to 3.7kHz and it reminds me of a fatter G12H Greenback.
