Some are EQ-matched to the frequency response (speaker impedance) of the amp plugged into my Mesa 4x12 Oversized Straight cabinet. Direct (IR required) profiles covering "clean to mean & in between" tones. Most overdrive / hi-gain profiles within this set are shot with the Legandary Tones Mr. Scary mod in v2 of the hi-gain channel. Compared to choosing the clipping diodes, it adds a more natural (less harsh) sound to the signal. Reamp chain details: • RME Fireface UCX II -> SignalArt reamp box -> Amp -> Loadbox -> RME Fireface UCX II Use the new "Calibration" feature in the NAM plugin to get the most out of these profiles: https://www.neuralampmodeler.com/post/neuralampmodelerplugin-v0-7-12-is-released Additional details: ----------------------- A few clarifications on the naming convention: • [ReactEQ] = direct profile (IR required) but with EQ to match Mesa cab response • [ReactIR2] = direct profile (IR required) with raw response • Jose = clipping diodes engaged; no Mr. Scary mod involved • STD = uses the STANDARD architecture; works on the Dimehead NAM Player • xSTD = uses a custom architecture (Андрей Полевой) from the NAM FB group These are direct profiles so feel free to experiment with IRs of your choice.
