Description

A DIY light to medium gain overdrive pedal derived from Joe Davisson's Diode-Compression Op Amp. Circuit type is similar to a Boss OD-3, or BD-2 Blues Driver. Very dynamic, responds superbly to picking and the volume knob. The NAMs work best with the Gateway output mode set to "Raw". Light and Med gain models were captured with my real pedal using the Dry/Wet method. The LiveSpice model was captured using LiveSpice's VSTBridge that I run live in VSTHost. A circuit you design in LiveSpice is easily turned into a VST.
