Fetzer Valve

The Fetzer Valve is a circuit that aims to emulate the preamp section of a fender tube amp that uses a 12ax7 through the use of a j201 FET and careful calibration. Works beautifully with solid state amps giving a richer tone that once you engage you end up leaving on permanently, perfect mix of the clarity of a solid state and harmonic coloration of a tube preamp. The circuit has been captured with the presence switch on and off, it adds a small but helpful boost at around 1k for a slightly more mid-forward tone.
