Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 36 (Calibrated)

Set this amp up in the 18 watt mode. The walls of my home studio room just can’t handle the full on 36 watts. I may rent some studio space at some point and try to capture the 36 watts. This has been my main amplifier since I purchased it back in 2012. Captures focus on the Lead channel with the EQ is set fairly neutral to allow for your own additional EQ. Treble set to 1 o’clock, Mid at noon, Bass slightly past 9 o’clock. The gain knob is the only thing that changes for these captures. I have 3 settings, 9 o’cock (gain2), 11 o’clock (gain4), and 1 o’clock (gain6). I also added 3 different drive pedals for the gain6 setting to give a heavier and more saturated distortion tone. I recomend using your choice of drive pedal to the Gain6 setting for higher gain tones. Also capture 2 settings on the clean channel as well. Captured using an Arturia AudioFuse 8Pre Interface, a Radial HP Studio Reamper box, and a Countryman D.I. box. Pedals were powered with a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power X4 Extender.
