Keeley Manis

Captures of my Keeley Manis, which at its core is a Klon circuit. One of the voicings (stock) is basically just a really accurate Klon clone. The pedal itself has two 2-way switches. The left switch goes between a stock level of Klon bass (leaner, tighter) and a bass+ mode (full, thick) to really fill out the low end vs a stock Klon circuit. I tend to prefer more Fender-style guitars and lower output pickups so I usually keep the bass boost engaged. The right switch changes the clipping circuit to toggle between using either hard clipping germanium diodes or a germanium transistor. Diode clipping is your standard Klon sound, a bit brighter, more boostlike, and less compressed. Transistor distortion is more compressed, warmer, kind of tube like in its response. TR in the capture name indicates that transistor clipping is engaged rather than diode clipping. Stock indicates stock bass, bass+ indicates the bass boost is engaged. Level is not included, as every captured is normalized to -6db true peak.
