Marshall SV20H - TwoNotes Captor 8 & Ultra-G DI

Marshall SV20H – Full Amp Captures Full amp captures of a Marshall SV20H Studio Vintage, including the tube power amp. The amp was captured in 20W mode with the PPIMV fully open to include the response and character of the power amp. Capture setup: Marshall SV20H Speaker Out → Behringer Ultra-G GI100 → Two Notes Captor 8 (8 Ohm reactive load) → Audio Interface The speaker-level signal was captured simultaneously from the balanced outputs of the Behringer Ultra-G GI100 and the Two Notes Captor 8. The GI100 was set to -40 dB pad. All speaker/cab simulations were disabled. A second set of captures was made with a Blackstar Dept. 10 Boost in front of the SV20H. No cabinet or IR is included in the captures. Use your preferred cabinet IR after the NAM. IR recommendation: For a classic British rock tone, I highly recommend trying Celestion's free Cenzo Townshend IR Mix. It works especially well with Plexi-style amps and is one of my personal favorites for this kind of sound.
