Description

My very first capture of the MXR Dookie pedal, I used the Blend on MIN and MAX only, and profiled several gain and tone settings. The scoop switch I just ignored. Best used with Marshall power amp (and V30 IR), though it does sound good on its own with a proper IR.

I probably messed it up doing my very first nam capture; I tried to follow the instructions when capturing the pedal using my Scarlet Solo and the downloaded input.wav file. I made a comparison in reaper and I noticed that I have to turn the input signal level up to +12-13 db in NAM to match the original pedal with the same settings. Also, I used the pedal with INST OFF on the interface, and INST ON when I use the NAM (using RAW output setting). Not sure if that's correct but that is how I got the closest to the original.
