MXR M77 Modified OD Boost

NAM A2 capture of the MXR Custom Badass Modified OD dialed in as a tight, cleanish boost. This model includes a touch of gain set to 9 o’clock. This adds a bit of grit, thickness and harmonic texture to enhance your amp, offering slightly more cut and edge for lead work or heavier rhythm tones. Combined with the mid-bump on, this setting pushes the front end of a crunch or high-gain amp into the sweet spot while keeping the low end tight. Use it as you would the physical pedal: place it before your amp model, set your input level sensibly, and let the following amp determine how much additional saturation and compression you want.
