Description

NAM models captured from a Boss SD-1, set up in two distinct boost configurations. Boost 1 captures the classic SD-1 boost approach: drive at minimum, level maxed, and tone at 1 o’clock. This delivers a tight, focused push with the pedal’s characteristic midrange emphasis—ideal for tightening low end and adding presence without introducing noticeable distortion. Boost 2 introduces a touch of gain, with the drive set to 8 o’clock. This adds a bit of grit and harmonic texture while retaining the same overall balance, offering slightly more cut and edge for lead work or heavier rhythm tones. Boost 1: Level: max Drive: min Tone: 1 o'clock Boost 2: Level: max Drive: 8 o'clock Tone: 1 o'clock Each boost setting was captured as its own profile and rendered across multiple calibrate NAM architectures: A2! A1 Standard A1 REVySTD A1 REVxSTD A1 REVyHI A1 Complex All models are calibrated for reliable gain staging. Reamp chain: Motu M4 > Lehle P-Split III > Boss SD-1 > Motu M4 In total, this pack includes 12 NAM models derived from two carefully dialed boost profiles, preserving the SD-1’s familiar mid-focused character with varying levels of saturation.
