RT Highwind Direwolf - "Dirty"

Captures of my Highwind Direwolf (which is like a modified tubescreamer), with a touch of gain for boosting a dirty amp with some texture, adding some colour and pushing an edge of breakup amp, or getting some grit out of a clean amp. If the output is too strong, dial back the block's output level to simulate turning down the pedal's Level knob. Turning up or down the block's input will give more or less grit. I captured both Asymmetrical clipping mode, and LED Clipping mode, in every combination of Bite and Growl toggle positions. Calibrated at 14 dBu All captures were taken with: - Gain knob slightly below 9 o'clock - Tone around 2 o'clock - Mix on full - Level slightly above 3 o'clock - Boost toggle on "stock" position - 18V mode Stock = "Bite" and "Growl" both set to their "stock" positions Br = Bite Gr = Growl 1 = "low" setting of toggle 2 = "high" setting of toggle Asym = "Mode" toggle set to "Asymmetrical Clipping" LED = "Mode" toggle set to "LED Clipping" If a capture is named "Br1 Asym", the Growl toggle is in the "stock" position. If a capture is named "Gr1 Asym", the Bite toggle is in the "stock" position.
