Also, a bit of details that you perhaps already know; if you're capturing through Ableton, WARP must be disabled 'cause its time compensation heavily affects the capture process, and before to start the capture, being all settings ok, to turn off monitoring, given that the hybrid Ableton nature (32/64bits) overwhelmes daw resources.
