The Klone

This is a cheap Chinese clone of a Klon. G - Gain T - Treble O - Output But it genuinely sounds great. I originally bought it so I could dissect it, but I ended up really, really liking the way it sounds. While I’m not going to say it sounds exactly like an original (it doesn’t), it has its own charm and definitely should stand on its own two feet as an independent boost pedal. It does the same wet/dry thing as the original Klon, but yeah. It’s its own thing. Captured with settings that make sense, so it’s not just a bunch of unusable files. Captured with a Torpedo Reload serving as the reamp box. RME Fireface UFX III. All calibrated with high precision. Obviously, to get the best results from this, use it before an amp sim. Make sure you’re not using Lite mode and that you’re running it in calibrated mode. PS I'm still in the testing phase of my captures here, any feedback positive or negative is welcome.
