Description

Neural model of the preamp stage from the TubeTech CL1B optical compressor. This capture isolates the preamp path only (no compression engaged), preserving the signature warmth and harmonic richness of the CL1B's tube amplification circuit. The original unit is a Danish-built, all-tube design known for its smooth, musical character — delivering subtle even-order harmonics, a slightly rounded low end, and a silky top end that sits beautifully in a mix. Ideal for adding tube warmth and color to vocals, bass, acoustic instruments, or any source that benefits from that classic analog vibe without the dynamics processing. Dial it clean for transparent tube sheen, or push the input for richer saturation.

Hello again. On testing (lead vox), this CL 1B upload sounds oversaturated, even when backing off the input Please confirm and maybe recapture with a lower dB signal. Thanks in advance!
