Description

A TubeTech CL1B, both settings are pretty insane to really squeeze out the flavor of the compressor. The "insane" setting is pretty much cranked to flatten the signal. Both settings have medium release and semi-fast attack.

Hi, the sound is very distorted and I can't find any spot where it just compresses without distortion. I haven't used the real thing and I know this is supposed to be a squashing compression, but I expected it to be a much more smooth, pleasing tube compression instead of a distortion. It works this way even with the examples above. Is it intended?

Could you model the CL1B at these settings?: https://news.dlkmusicpro.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/2021/07/Tube-Tech.png Make sure Threshold at -10.
