Vox 1901 Distortion - Recreation Project

This is a model of my home-made recreation of a mid-1980s Vox 1901 Distortion pedal: I repaired my brother's original unit and, as it was so simple, I created a copy on strip-board and stuck it in my own pedal. I used a Palmer River Trave passive re-amp box into a UAD Apollo Solo USB audio interface. It's such a noisy box, it was hard to capture. So, the seemingly random combinations of output and distortion are just the ones that ended up working :)
