Description

1964 Fender Princeton Amp (Non Reverb) An early Blackface Princeton Amp with an original speaker. Unlike Princeton Reverb, this stays pretty remarkably clean even on full volume. Works great with pedals and paired up with a dirtier amp (Mike Campbell famously uses this and a tweed deluxe) Captured with 3 volume levels: A: Low and Clean (kind of boring) B: Loud sill kinda clean C: Full blast (still not very distorted) Microphones: Sennheiser MD409 (dynamic), Cap-edge SE Electronics VR1 (ribbon), Cap-edge Mojave M301 FET (condenser), Cap-edge Sennheiser MD421 (Dynamic), Cone, Off axis AEA R84 (ribbon), backed up maybe 50cm Neumann U87 (condenser), backed up maybe 100cm All run through some really nice vintage mic-pres! Calibration: Send signal peaks around -7 dB All returning tracks adjusted to peak around -8 dB

There's something a beit weird going on. A buzzy sound in the background. This was the first capture I did so maybe I'll try to look into it and update the models with a better set of training data. Any tips?
