90's Cheap Hi Gain Pedal DOD FX58 Metal Maniac (Tamed Beast Pedal)

It comes from the DOD American Metal lineage, later split into two different tonal directions, with the DOD FX58 Metal Maniac being one of them. This easily falls into instant sludge territory. Thick, heavy, and really satisfying to play through. While capturing, I tried to keep that low-end intact while improving the overall clarity so it translates better. (Raw Capture) > FX58v2_Gain_01 > FX58v2_Gain_02 > FX58v2_Gain_03 (Tamed Capture) > FX58_Gain_01 > FX58_Gain_02 > FX58_Gain_03 > FX58_Gain_04 > FX58_Gain_05 Gain represents the tamed distortion and fizzy sound settings. Level set at Noon and Presence can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing 4 kHz on the additional EQ. Just a heads-up: I acquired this unit in a serviced condition. Because of that, I can't be entirely sure if it reflects the 100% original factory sound, but it has a character I really dig.
