Description

Dirt Person II -------------- Normalization is not currently supported for this capture. This is my recreation of the guitar tone from the In Flames album Clayman. It's actually a second go at it as I upgraded my load box. It's a lot clearer than my first version and the mids are much closer. Included in this pack are 3 captures. The 6505 on its own, The Valvestate on its own and both amps in the same capture. I've also included a matching impulse response. All settings are below. Amp 1 - Peavey 6505 Channel - Lead Low - 10 Mid - 1.8 High - 4.9 Resonance - 10 Presence - 9 Pre Gain - 2 Post Gain - 3 Boost - Ulbrick Phat Axe Drive - 0 Tone - 8 Level - 4 --------------------------- Amp 2 - Marshall Valvestate Channel - Clean All dials to noon Boost - Boss HM 2 All settings to max --------------------------- Load Box - Suhr Reactive Cab - Marshall 1960 A Speakers - 1998 Celestion V30 (444) Microphones - 2x Shure SM57 on a Fredman clip, against the grille cloth in the middle of the speaker Preamp - Focusrite Clarett (with ISA emulation engaged) LPF - 10.3 kHz EQ - 6db boost at 771 kHz Added 0.41ms delay to off axis microphone to match the album high frequencies Included captures: 6505 Boosted Valvestate Boosted Both amps in one nam ------------------------------------------ Please also consider using the included impulse responses before trying your own. Guitar tones are mostly composed of the relationship between the cab, speaker and mic array and these tones have been carefully crafted to work well in context with the included IR. Not to say that others won't work, but the results will definitely vary. ------------------------------------------ While I offer my libraries for free, donations would be appreciated and will go towards expanding this library 🥹 https://paypal.me/arlingtonaudio 🥹
